....a sneak preview of our marketing tool, an exact scale model of the majestic Cyclone Racer. Constructed from over 100 board feet of micro-cut Basswood machined in our own shop to a precision of ±0.002". The massive 1/15 scale model ( 1 inch = 1.125 feet) is more than a mere architectural approximation of the coaster. It's an exact structural and integral duplicate of the original classic; all created from our 3-D AutoCAD blueprints that we painstakingly reversed engineered from old vintage photos and films. We can proudly claim that 98% of the original structural lumber is back in it's original position. Micro details such as "X" braces even cross over the same way as the historic masterpiece. The track on the model is built without compromise exactly as the full scale original. There are over 2800 individual pieces of precision machined Basswood in the track. The clamping operation for the track required installing and removing the "C" clamps over 3500 times. Be sure not to miss one moment of this extraordinary historical event!
